i have a xperia neo v

i updated android to ice cream(android 4)

i installed flash player 11 but it cannot work

and when i want to watch video on web this massage showed " sorry,this video cannot to played"

i repair the android  twice but it didn't work

flash files on web show like Cubic with ?

please help me

i cann't download from google play.because google play show me this massage

"You don't have any devices"

but i did sync my gmail (accounts&sync)

I own a Neo V and updated it to ICS. Installed Adobe Air on it but still cannot play streaming movies that requires flash player plugin on the web. For examples, in http://www2.zmovie.tv/ or http://filenuke.com/l0zao6ldk06n. Any recommendations??? By the Way, my browsers only are preinstalled Google and Web Browser in SE Neo V. thanks in advance.

Please. take note that my cellphone is SE Neo V updated to ICS. Therefore, no more Flash Player installed so I downloaded Adobe Air. My browsers still are the preinstalled Web Browser and Google Search. My Gratitude in advance.
