Flash is not working

I have buyed new Experia Sp yesterday, but its flash is not working even when the battery is full.

 Please help me as early as possible.

If you have tried to update/repair the phone as suggested above and the phone haven't got any better it sounds like you should have the phone examined by a service center. Please contact your local support for more information:
