Flash is not working

I have buyed new Experia Sp yesterday, but its flash is not working even when the battery is full.

 Please help me as early as possible.

Try this 

settings > apps > all > camera > clear everything > restart your phone > try to take a picture, which flash setting are you using and camera settings?

Still flash is not working. I have trieid with both auto and file flash.

Now I have observed one new problem that if i connecting my mobile through my PC, it is opening different applications automatically and M not able to receive calls also. In one day after buying this mobile these  problems are started.

I have tried Auto test also,it is showing "flash on" written on screen but it is not glowing
