Good day! Need help! Firmware upgrade failed power! Now the phone is not included. What to do?

I'm sorry but could please elaborate what went wrong with the software update?

Did you run the update via phone, PC Companion or Update Service?

Did you receive any error messages? If yes, what did they say?

During the upgrade, no electricity. updated through the Update Service

In that case I suggest that you try to reinstall the phone software using Update Service again.

Before reinstalling your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

I can not turn the phone on. When you connect it to your computer or to a charger, the red LED and nothing else happens. What's the problem? Could it be that the battery is discharged?

The phone should be connected to the computer in a turned off state when using Update Service. See connection instructions in Update Service.

But if the LED is shining red you should let it charge for an hour or two before attempting any software reinstall.

I know that the phone must be turned off. Now the phone does not respond to anything! When you turn no vibration or SONY logo. Only the red LED and no signs of life!

Ok.. Here is the solution:

1) Remove the battery and put it back after 1-2 minute.

2) Start PCC or SUS which you were using while updating your phone.

3) Click on update button.

3) Then , Connect the phone to computer While holding Volume Down button and now your phone is recognized and it says Installing device driver in the bottom rigth corner .

4) Flashing will start. 

5)After that disconnect your phone and switch it on.
