Firmware update 15.4.A.1.9 on PC stalls at 99%

Hi, I'm unable to complete the downloading of the new update on my Xperia M using PC companion. The download progress gets stuck at 99% and shows 16 hrs remaining. Please help me if there are any offline option so that I can download and install the firm ware directly on the device instead of using my PC connected to device via PC companion. Please help me with alternate options as well,

I do not find option to share/ attach the screenshot of the issue.

this upgrade service tool **bleep**.. nothing happens with i hold the down button and plug the USB in.. it doesnt recognizes it.. **bleep** phone... **bleep** service.

I had the same problem..tried twice...once got restarted at 89%, once at 99%....totally frustated...

I suggest all of you not to update Bcoz it's a Bug packed update.
Volume bar is not showing, battery is draining more fastly.

Thank you for all your comments, I tried with no troubleshooting day before yesterday with no changes in the procedure. 

I got the update installed successfully on my cell.

The new problem that I observed is every time I answer a call or dial a call and end them, the Audio player is activated and starts playing

Please let me know if there are any solutions.
