If you got the quotation from Sony Mobile, could it be that you used our Xperia Care+ service feature? It's only launched in specific markets, but if you booked the service through our own website then you should be able to find the quotation on our website:

If I'm incorrect and it wasn't done through My support, then whole heartedly I agree with @uliwoolys suggestion in that it would be best to contact the Local support. They will be better informed on your specific market as far as the repair options, routines and locations go, so I'm afraid they're better suited to assist you than I am. This is a Global user based support forum which is why market specific questions such as this are best brought up with your local team.
