Feature missing after updating to Lollipop.

I have updated to latest Lollipop build but something very important is missing!
Quick settings no longer take us to setting menu if long pressed. It is a very strange feature to be missing... Please bring it back in next updates!

You have the small writing that takes you, under the wifi and bluetooth icon for example.

I am aware of that but it is limited to Wifi and Bluetooth only.
It used to work on all settings like location and stamina but not anymore...

Drag down the notification bar > tap on the pencil icon > add as many quick settings as you please

Sorry, you can go by tapping on the small cogwheel.

It was a nice feature! I hope they bring it back in next updates. Is there anyway to ask the team behind updates?
