Hi Guys,
This one should be an easy one for you to help me with I hope. I press on my favourites icon on the top menu on the homescreen and it brings up my contacts in there. I select a contact and it gives me 3 options, ‘call’, ‘message’ and ‘view in contacts’.
If I select view in contacts is brings up an error message saying ‘Contacts: Memory Full. End some running applications and try again’.
I have no applications running at all and this is my only request. Do you know how to resolve?
Cheers,
Jay
Which phone?
Satio, that I've just bought.
You can try tapping the Update Media library (on the touchbar) function, which may free up any memory blocks.
Hi, I gave that a try and still get the same error message. I can see plenty of space on phone and card memory, so no idea why this is happening. Thanks for your input.
First remove the memory card and battery, replace both and restart your phone.Failing this, I would suggest you update the phone's software using the Update service via PC.
Try turning your phone off, taking the battery out for a minute, then reseating the battery. Restart the phone. Sometimes this is all it takes, it is like rebooting a computer.
If that doesn't help, make sure you copied your contacts from the SIM to the phone memory. I had nothing listed when I tried to add a contact as a favorite, but after I copied a contact over, I was able to select it as a Favorite. I didn't get an error though.
If you are still getting the error, I suggest using the update Service to make sure you have the most up-to-date software in your Satio™.
Thanks Chris and Martha, the problem is now resolved. Cheers!
