Favourite contacts

I had a contact which was synced with facebook and marked as a favourite.

After I deleted the contact, the contact was not removed from the favourites tab.

When I add the contact back, the contact also no longer syncs with facebook (photo is not added to the contact, but when I look

on the favourites tab, there the contact still has it's picture!)

How can I get the contact to sync with facebook again? And remove the wrong contacts from the favourites tab?

Sounds like something could be wrong with the phone book application in the phone.

Begin by log off Facebook and delete your Facebook sync accounts from the phone.

Menu > Settings > Accounts & sync.

Next delete all your contact in the phone book but before you do that make sure you have them stored somewhere else as well. Like Gmail or a copy of them on your internal storage.

Now go to: Menu > Settings > Applications > Manage applications > All > Contacts.

There are two app's called Contacts make sure you clear data for both applications.

When this is done import or sync your contacts back to your phone book and make sure they have the same name as your Facebook contacts. If they look OK log in to your Facebook application again and select to sync your contacts.
