If the phone is connected on 4G i have no problems, when it switch to 3G or 2G a few minutes later no reseption on the phone. 
@Klmk Would it be possible for you to test with another SIM card, if you haven't already done so? This would help in finding out if this is related to your device.

@Klmk Based on what you have described and what you have tried I agree, you should get your device examined by an authorised service center. You can contact your Local support team for more information on how you can proceed with this if need be.
