Hi All
My phone fell from my pocket as I sat at my desk at work and since then I have just a black screen. The back ligthing still works and it still charges, but doesn't show anything on the screen. Is there a way I can do a factory reset somehow? I really don't want to take my phone in to the service provider for that as it takes forever to get it back.
I also tried the PC Companion, but can't do a back up as the program tells me there's a communication problem and when troubleshooting via the PC it tells me the phone has a driver problem.
Please can somebody help me out of this?
