facing problem in download anything on my xperia u

hello,

when i try to dowload anything or update..from google play or from anyother source,my cell just keepshowing dowloading for long time and in end everthign fails with 0% progress by showing errer no. 495 .

help me in this

hello,

i have reseted my mobile, factrory reset, chngesed google accout still when i try to instal or download anythign from google lplay or anyother source.it just keep showing that installing and after long time...show errof to download or install and show error number 495.

anyone can help me about this:(
