Facebook notification

For unknown reason received FB notification is only by vibration - no sound...

Where could I change settings for this?

Try Settings - Sound and check that Notification sound is turned on

It is on.

Plus the phone sounds on sms and email arrivals..

goto facebook setting..there is an option "ringtone for notifaction"see its on or off

Just checked:

If you mean: from within FB-> App Setings->Notification ringtone... (it is not on/off, but offers to select ring tone) - I had it set to Default ringtone... which Def rt works ok - for SMS, email etc...

yes..and must be another option that  notifaction alert type it has"sound..vibrate..nothing"

Yes, it is in a "chapter" NOTIFICATION SETTINGS - the rest items are with check boxes - all are checked!

ok..i think you must go for that Ol'working trick!

goto setting>apps>downloaded>facebook....clear cache and data then force stop and reboot...but after that you mus setup your account once more time

My fb app behaves the same. But for only for game requests and some updates that my fb friends post. And the led is blue. But when someone writes to me via messaging it plays the ringtone and led flashes green. I checked for the settings about other kind of notifications but couldn't find it. I think that is the default behavior of the app and I'm OK with that.
