I bought the Xperia Z few days ago. Now, I just can't hear any sound in the external speaker. All the sound are played through the internal speaker. The music, ringtone and everything else. I tested the phone using Xperia Diagnostics and the external Speaker is working well. I don't know how to fix this issue. Please, anyone help me on this one!
