External speaker low volume

Since the last updates i have problems with the external audio, the call volume, notifications, alarm, etc, even at max volume it is low. I've tried every configuration, i have tried to repair with PC Companion, everything is updated and nothing works. Can anyone tell me any solution to resolve this?

If the problem persists after a repair of the phone software in PC Companion I recommend that you send your phone to service to get the phone examined. Please contact your local support for more information:
