My experia z stuck in infinite loop i serach over net and i found that this is common issue and the only solution will delete all data on phone and it may appear again , i wonder how i buy the latest smart phone form sony and i found this bug in the frameware and there is no update to solve this issue , iam very disappointed

Try first: Hold on/off key and volume up-key at the same time until you feel a vibration (Phone will restart).

Try also to hold for a longer time until you feel 3 vibration (Phone turns off)

Let me know if you are still having issues after you have tried this.

remove the SIM card and check again, I've seen this happening when a regular SIM card was trimmed or if its faulty sim card

i try this but the phone still in boot loob and the phone become very hot , it restart automatically until the buttery switch off , and turn off the phone is not a solution , kindly i want permamnt solution to this problem without loss my data

Henke this is exactly the same issue I too faced which I also reported in my today's post. After trying all possible options I had to eventually repair the phone using the sus and the result was I lost hundreds of photos (and precious memories)  taken on that trip.  This happened when I installed. 253 update OTA.

too many people face the same issue bootloob and there is no solutions offered from the experia support , I am software developer and  know when any program stuck in infinite loop it's disaster and silly bug acceptable only from a beginner developer , till now i can't use my phone and don't know what to do !!!!

what were you doing when it started? were you flashing your phone? unlocked the bootloader? custom ROM?
