Brein the USB cable is quite slim.Do you have a solution for this as the service centre has asked me to dump the phone.Wow,what a way to treat customers.X10 sucks..... pure waste of investment for such faulty design model.

After finding out from Sony Ericsson India that such cases is eligible for a free replacement mobile under warranty period is possible,I again contacted the service center in Switzerland since it was purchased here.They finally agreed to replace.However it was a tough task.It is to be noted that customer service is not consistent across geographies.Be aware.Your bargaining power is important in europe.
