experia e indicator light

My 10days old experia e is experiencing problems regarding the indicator light.it has stopped working for text messages and calls.It only works for bbm,whatsapp and email indicators.Please give a solution.

Tell us if issue is the same booting phone in safe mode

Method 1

• Press and hold the power button
• Long-press the “Power off” option that appears.
• The next dialog box will ask you if you want to reboot to safe mode may pop up. Tap OK
  Method 2
• Turn off the device.
• Press and hold down the power key  until the phone vibrates.
• Wait until the Xperia™ logotype disappears.
• Press and hold the volume down key. The device then restarts in safe mode.
• To exit safe mode, restart the device.

did u tried switching stamina mode off in ur cell...?

How do i switch off the stamina mode?

why do i require the safe mode ?can't the light perform straight in the normal mode?

Notification light bug could be caused by a third party app that you installed

Safe mode loads only stock apps. Make this test.

For stamina mode. If your phone have this feature and is enabled ALL notifications are disabled not only sms and calls.

To check if you have stamina mode go to settings>battery.

yea i checked.The issue persists in the safe mode too.and i don't have a stamina mode.please help.do i need to take it to the customer care?

Before go to the nearest sony service center you have to try:

If same issue after these two steps, go to a service center
