Experia e does not recieve SMS

My Experia E does not recieve SMS once in a while. Than all of the sudden all missing sms are recieved.

The technical support of o2 says: 'memory full'.

Does anybody has experience with this problem?

Double check if you have the correct apn settings, also, are you using a third party messaging app?

Where can I evaluate the right ones?

No,I am not using any app...only standard sms-functionality

Settings > more > internet settings, also contact your network as some require an additional APN settings for MMS.

i need help, have xperia e like about 3 weeks, and for last 4 hours I can't type a message ( sms, whatsapp,messenger..) when I start typing, the keyboard shows up, and when I press any letter button, the keyboard press the first letter without showing it and stands like that, I can't even turn off keyboard, I tried turning off whole mobile phone, even taking out the battery and sim card, same story again when I turned it on after all I tried... does anybody knows how fix this?

Settings-apps-all-xperia keyboard-force stop,clear data and restart the phone.
