Experia E (C1504)

for some reason my xperia 1504 won't allow me to use its internet connection of my computer.
The computer tethers with the phone- the phone is connected to the internet(I can access it from the phone)
but the computer can't access the phones data connection.
any ideas.
and yes my service provider has enabled te\ther.

Have you set your phone up to use tethering (Bluetooth only) or created a portable hotspot

it's setup as a portale hotspot.
and i have tried various computers, phones and tablets and none can access the internet through the c1504

Have you tried using the Xperia link app

 i have tryed it. I have even tried a few third party apps.
