Essential updates needed in next update

hi,

i have bought both xperia ARC and xperia NEO

but i feel that SE's UI is quite immature -

the main points lie here -

1.) no shuffle or repeat button in music player

2.) default android gallery is much more powerful and atleast it does not pixelize the image

3.) camera app lacks 50% of options like image quality -fine,superfine etc; lacks the sharpness and contrast options and night mode doesnt increase exposure etc. there are many

4.) no blacklist availability in contacts/dialer

5.) status bar widgets absent

6.) supports otg but not usb pendrives.

7.) camera takes just 1~2 MB pics while with vignette app, i can easily get 4~7 MB pics with ultra fine quality

8.) turn off the flashlight while recording video

other users please post what you think is missing in SE rom

I HOPE THAT THESE WIILL BE FIXED BY NEXT UPDATEbcozIF THEY ARE NOT FIXED, THESE SE's WUD BE MY FIRST AND THE LAST

1. the shuffle option is present..when you tap on all tracks..the shuffle all is present there..

1.) Shuffle and repeat niether present in UI of now playing or in widget

2.) Default android galler is better than the SE's modified galllery.SE's gallery pixelize the image on 100% zoom

4.) With blacklisting, you can auto-reject anycaller...pre installed in CM's rom

5.) Widgets for wifi/bluetooth/rotation etc on top of notification bar

8.) You can't do that if you have started recording video

when you open music..

do you see a folder with a music icon ??

tap on it..

and it will show you 4 options - artists albums tracks playlist

select tracks..and the very first option is shuffle..

but its kind of diiferent i mean the very first song is selected by the option and we cant shuffle while playing a song..

well yes repeat option is missing..

2) i thot this to be good..whats the use of the standard galery..

and BTW why does it bothers you ?? just asking

4) yes  i know what blacklist means..well there are android applications for that maybe you can try it..

if sony would have given all the features preinstalled.. then it would be a waste to call it an android..

the android makes you customise the phone the way you want..

1000000 of apps to select from..chose the features which suits you the most

i think theyu have provided pretty basic features though

well there arer many threads for the wish list and we have told SE what all we need..but no reply..

3) the default camera app (on android) doesn't support those features, but it will with android 4.0

in the mean time, you can edit the pictures with other apps

i don't think these will be included even if you forward them, read many forums like that, but got nothing as such in new 4.0.1.A.0.283 update
