Which app are you using to send messages and are those SMS or MMS ?

Please, also verify if you have this issue when you boot your device into safe mode as explained here. If the issue is not present in this mode, that indicates a third party app is causing the problem. In this case exit Safe Mode and then un-install any third party apps you don't need and clear the cache/data for the apps you want to keep.

Do you have software version 23.1.A.0.690 in your device ? To find your device’s current software version got to Settings -> About phone -> Build number / version. Please, also check that you haven't put any special character in SSID or password, this can cause problems. I´m at disposal for any question
