it has been giving me problems such that i want to reinstall. but even uninstallation has problem. pls advise.

I would not normally advise this, but if you are having problems removing the application you can use third party tools like CCleaner, however please be advised that I am not responsible for anything you choose to do with this application due to its third party nature.

First try to fix ur registry with Registry Repair. Then use an uninstaller. It works
