Error USB-device MTP

I can't connect my smartphone to PC using multimedia mode. Drivers for USB devise MTP can't be installed. Some time ago everything worked normally. I use Sony PC Companion v. 2.10.053. Please help me.

How do you connect? USB or WiFi?

1. Try connecting using PC companion.

2. Try a diffrent usb port

3. Try uninstalling and reinstalling PC companion

USB. I tried all of this, but it doesn't help...

Also at last, try a different PC to check where is the problem.

Here are the steps I took to fix the problem:

1. You have to download the latest SUS version inhttp://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/
2. Download the latest PC Companion version athttp://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/
3. Install, reboot (if requested, i dind't have to do it)
4. Turn off firewall and antivirus temporarily
5. Unmount your SD card go to Settings>Storage
6. Connect your phone to the PC using th eregular USB cable that comes with your phone
7. Update the software
8. Update your apps
9. Replug your antivirus and firewall
10. Mount your SD back

This is a workaroud, however the post is still a bug that should be fixed by the PC companion developers, That software has a bunch of gaps.

And please SONY GUYS! IMPROVE YOUR ERROR MESSAGES, put a code or something to make the diagnose easier.
