Error Touch Screen

my c4 have a problem...
I am experience a touch screen error. When I click a point on the screen, other part of the screen is clicked sometimes very disturbed when writing messages . but if i enabled glove mode is fixed.
error touch screen occurs when the engine is hot ( Except enabled glove mode )
This does damage to hardware or software? and how to fixed it

Begin by testing the screen:

Go to Settings -> About phone -> Diagnostics -> Test -> Touchscreen, make sure you can paint the whole screen correctly

Then you can test if this happens in safe mode

i try diagnostic but when i'm doing paint the whole screen error is coming, like i'm try paint the screen the bar in top is appear and bottom android-buttons to be non-responsive...

i try using safe mode it's fixed, but when writing messages the keyboards is error, i touch "a" appear's ( number or space,etc )

Then you should try a software repair using PC Companion using PC Companion, take a back up of your important data then use the link for a detailed process. If it's not fixed by a software repair then it might be a hardware issue, in this case best thing to do is contacting your Local support.
