Error on screen Z5 Premium

Hi!

Can someone help me?

I struggle with my screen; after the update, I met some problemes with my screen. The left side on my phone does not work at all. 

The letters Q, A, Shift button and ABC/123 button does not respond when I try to press on in. Instead I get W, S, Z and Smileyface function.

I tried to update again on PC Companion and restart the phone, and now I can not use my phone at all.

Before updating, I have been trying to restart the phone several times, but the problem is still there.

Can someone help me?!

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test touchscreen.

I've tried that. Could not clear the screen on the left side. Now I can not even use my phone since it asked me to register my google account, and my email has Q and A in my email adress. So I'm kinda stuck..

I'm sorry to hear that but that's a hardware issue, contact your Local support to get the device inspected
