i am getting an error when i am trying to open camera as 

camera not available error

Try settings-apps-all-camera,force stop and clear data.Restart your phone.

If the above does not help resolve the issue, then I can only suggest performing a software repair on the device using PC Companion. Please see the instructions below.

PC Companion

To repair the phone software

1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support 

2.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start. 

3.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.

4.     Click repair phone.

5.     Follow the on-screen instructions.
