Error! Camera not Available!

Sometimes when i try to take a photo it says -Camera not available-. I cleared cache but still same happening. Should i restore phone to factory settings? Please help

Dear Sony team,

Would you please be more active in our complaint about the camera issue, that comes after kitkat...we were so happy without this KITKAT,you have to provide a solution or an option to downgrade the android to jelly bean

Sometimes I've the same problem. And sometimes my camera freezes until I lock the phone and reactivate it. 

I know that some people have these problems since KitKat but I havn't found any solution yet. Support tells me to use the repair function but it doesn't help...

Be want a downgrade!  We were great without Kitkat. You guys should test it before offer the software to your customers. What do you guys think we are going to do when is time for our nex phone upgrade??? certainly not buying sony phones again!
