Error! Camera not Available!

Sometimes when i try to take a photo it says -Camera not available-. I cleared cache but still same happening. Should i restore phone to factory settings? Please help

If you are saving your pictures on an SD card, that could be the issue

I dont have SD card Btw i have Z1 not Z1 compact

Moved to correct section.I would suggest you to clear data also,not only cache.

Deleted data also, still same. I don't have any app for flashlight.

Then system repere. If that does not help, you need to take phone to sony service, and it's hardware problem.

It is not HW problem!!! Many other users as you have the same major issue! It is software issue which has bring into phone SW since Kit Kat builds inspite of regression testing. Post can remove but this issue will be on the conscience of the developers and the test team!
