Error! Camera not Available!

My camera working fine when I take pictures.. But when I try to take video then the screen goes black and the error message " camera not available " pops up.. I tried to rest the app but then also it's not working.. Any help on this !!

With reset the app, you mean that you cleared data for camera under settings > apps > all > camera > clear data. If not try that and restart your phone and remove the battery for a while. You can also try to remove the SD card from the phone and try without. 

If the problem persists I would suggest that you repair your phone software using PCC:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > "Repair phone".

My camera is still not working after i done reset and repair my phone plz give some suggestion how to fix my camera. When i turn on my camera i give the error is Unfortunately,Camera has Stopped

If the issue should still remain after a software repair I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
