Error! Camera not Available!

First time and the only time this problem happened was when I updated my Xperia L to the last firmware .17
then I did factory settings reset and software repair twice then it works..
Today!, when I tried to use my camera but the old problem is back out of nowhere ..

I tried factory reset and software repair but that did not help and in the safe mode the camera does not work..

I need a real solution for that please..

P.s I live in Syria and there is a war here not Sony service!! It means, We have no sony care in here ..

Howcome Sony support does not know a fix for this? I have the same issue since April's update and since then, I have just given up on the camera. Tried searching for answers, even taking it to a useless Sony center and said it could beba hardware prob which they suggested to rather buy a new one than spend on costly repair. What the? It is obvious that the update is the reason that our cams dont work anymore. Better come up with a fix or Xperia will get more and more bad reviews.
