Error! Camera not Available!

First time and the only time this problem happened was when I updated my Xperia L to the last firmware .17
then I did factory settings reset and software repair twice then it works..
Today!, when I tried to use my camera but the old problem is back out of nowhere ..

I tried factory reset and software repair but that did not help and in the safe mode the camera does not work..

I need a real solution for that please..

P.s I live in Syria and there is a war here not Sony service!! It means, We have no sony care in here ..

If you already tried a software repair,it is more of a hardware issue.

I even can not use front camera nor flash light with third party applications!
How could it be a hardware issue?

A software repair usually fixes any kind of software issues.Try it again with SUS:

I tried it with both SUS and Sony PC Companion and had the same result!

There is many topic like this, even sony Z1 devices get this issue. and I saw numbers of people on facebook having the same issue. Sony just tell us what is the problem!!!?

I flash my XL with this rom:

[Rom][4.4.2][Stock Sony Rom]Revolution HD V2 [19-06-14]

and the camera work again

I think the problem was with the kernel cuz the camera work after flashing FXP 324 CM11
