Error!! camera Not Available & Blank screen

whenever i try to use my Xperia z1 Camera.....it creates problem nd gives error "camera not available" but when i restart the app....i m able to take pic but after taking the pic camera stucks there...pic is not saved nd mob gets stuck.....or black screen appears...after restarting the phone everything is back to normal.....

but restarting is the temporary solution....i want proper solution for this.....this prob occurs since kitkat update.....

Try settings-apps-all-camera,force stop and clear data.Restart.

You can also try to boot your phone into safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party app that you have installed in your phone:

Guys i tried both of the methods but no use still the same problem....plz help me with this problem....i can make video but picture is the main problem...

HI, sorry for my late response, I have been out of the office for a few weeks. 

Do you still experience the same behavior with the camera? 

If you have tried the suggestions above with no success I would suggest that you try to repair/reinstall the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone/tablet".
