error 8008103e ps store etc will not work

my orange phone has just upgraded to 6.1.A.0.454 

however the ps store and ps pocket icons when pressed launch straight into error 8008103e and close??

Same here nothing seems to work also have to do a factory reset just to get the "walkman" working. Come on Sony we have speny good money in the PlayStation store why is it not working????

same here as soon as I updated to the new software 4.0.4 I am unable to load the PS Pocket & the PS store...  Flip you pay loads of monies for the games you think the two partners sony xperia & sony store would get thing right.  I contact sony xperia they said its not there problem but sony store so I rang them & they said there is no problem with the app.. mmmm really na really-really thats why loads of other people are getting the error message; Come on sony sort it out gives us an update to repaire the proplem please....??? Does any one know how to repaire this problem?????

Brett:  Unfortunately on handsets branded to Orange and T-mobile, when the handset's are updates to Ice Cream Sandwich the PS Store becomes not compatible. This is an issue we have noted, and are currently looking at getting this resolved as soon as possible.

Is there any time frame on this. I was looking forward to getting access to the ps store. It was one of the reasons why I went with the handset in the first place. Damn T-Mobile I bet its there fault if anyone's.

Indeed an update on this would be very much appriciated! Having spent money in the store and then not being able to access what I've paid for is a joke frankly. It's already been a month since this was reported and nothing has been done about it. I'm going to give Sony until mid October to fix this otherwise I will be making a complain to trading standards.
