enable messaging

I disabled messaging... What can I do to enable it back???

May I know how did you disable messaging?

Go to Settings>Apps swipe to All and scroll down until you see messaging and select Enable

I don't exactly know...I remember pressing a contact for 2 seconds and then I think I pressed delete and then there were 2 options : blablabla ('cause I don't remember) and disable...and, I am pretty sure I pressed disable because the whole messaging application disappeared…now I use GO SMS Pro from Play store…aaaand I checked into settings to see if it still exists or not and it is there, installed and everything but the icon doesn’t appear anymore on desktop and if I delete GO SMS Pro I don’t receive messages anymore…sooooo yah, kind of messed up but everything is so new to me…only 4 days of usage  I forgot to mention : Xperia V

Got it! No worries, just follow Spartan08's instructions and your Messaging app will be back. After that you can choose whether to keep GO SMS Pro.
