What is the wait on getting approved for Emma?

Please make sure that you have done step 4 and 5 in the installation instruction for Emma: http://developer.sonymobile.com/services/flash-tool/how-to-download-and-install-the-flash-tool/
If Emma asks for a username/password it can't find the Customization.ini file.
