I am trying to set up a Plusnet account on my Xperia E but it keeps saying my email address or password are in error. They are not; I use them all the time to sign in on my computer?

thanks , no problem with set up as far as address and password but always says they are in error so i can go no further.

POP3 protocol on my XperiaE gives me error message saying email address or password have an error. IMAP set up perfectly OK with same address and password. Home PC, which is main email contact, is  on POP protocol which I would like to keep
