email client crashes

Hi Guys,

My new Sony xperia ZR phone's email client crashes all the time. I can't use it. And the main ouirpose of me buying that ohone was for  email. Please look intot this

another problem i face is when I talk whike working i stick it between my my head and shoukder and talk as my arms are busy but whenever I try to talk like that the othert person is not at all abler to hear what iam saying.

Try to clear data for the email application. Go to settings > apps > all> email > clear data. Restart your phone and try again. 

When it comes to the your problem when speaking in phone it sounds like you are covering the mic or second mice located on the backside.

i tried to clean it as you said but the option is disable, and so is the option for force close.

I even tried deleting the account but it did not delet it evrn thoiugh it said that it was deleted.

please let me know if there is a way to re install this app from somewhere.

Had my Z for a week.

3rd time I delete and reinstall pop email account.

Each time the inbox gets purged, and I don't receive more emails past the first few minutes (or hours) after install. Not reliable. Definitely. This is a native app. How can it not work on my Z??? Will be travelling soon. Need this to work. Basic on a phone.
