If you go to: Main menu--Media--Music--from options--Settings--Equalizer--Manual or Preset: Does your phone have these options?

hi dr chris, the equalizer menu don't have user customised option, when i was using W660 it has this user custom option, hope u can help me out?

i would like to set bass & treble & voice to max, any idea how? thks

hi again dr chris, like to let u know that this ELM model have only preset option but no custom option

Only a software update with this as an added feature can sort this out.However, in the absence of this, if you go to Getjar.com you can download KD Player, a free Java music application which works well with playlists you create and has custom, as well as preset, equalizer settings.Hope this helps.

What exactly do you mean KD Player does not work? Are you having trouble installing it or using it after installation? I was talking about a software update that may have this feature.If you have the latest software in the phone and it doesn't have manual equaliser options, then you need to use an external application.
