edit text in calculator app

I write for example :
4+5+6+7.
If i want to change, lets say (5) should I delete all things I wrote after?
I didn't find anyway to edit number as easy as text.
When i make mistake it is nightmare to fix it.

Hi, you could for instance if the '5' in your example should be a '4'......at the end of the sum just put -1

Yeah dandy,but if you have a more complicated algorhytm? Nope,I don't think you could edit a specific part of a sum or any other calculus.

Hi, yes i did try.....thought you may have been able to move the curser back but no.....perhaps there is a different app available in the Play Store that would allow this

You can only cut/copy.

This supposed to be a default in any smartphone . Even old Nokia phones can do it. I don't know how hard is to make good calculator application. It is a essential tool
