i have two pair of earbuds/earphones, and one pair is uncomfortable and the other one doeseant work in my Z3? they work fine on my other sony products but not on my z3
If it's the rubber parts then these can be changed as for the pair not working then is most likely an incompatibility with CTIA and the jack pinouts
