Ear speaker low volume

The ear speaker volume is very low! I have tried every setting possible and face the same problem. This is my 6th Sony phone and if this is not resolved then it will surely be my last!

Is sony going to amplify this sound with the help of some software? Please advice as i am very disappointed. Thanks in advance.

I'm having this problem as well. Where the in-coming call's volume is extremely low. Sometimes the position of the phone may be the reason, but generally it's to do witht he speaker at the phone. If the volume could be enhanced, than problem solved. I hope Sony does somthing with this with a FW update. Most of the time I have a hard time listening to what others are saying....

Dose any one know of a good app that will solve this problem for the moment untill sony fixes it.

I'm sorry to hear but I suggest that you contact your retailer or local support team to have your phone compared with another one to check if there could be a problem with your device.
