Backup and restore

good day. i want to make a back up of my current ICS with build number 6.1.b.0.544. i mean everything. because i want to try the new .75 update. and if problem/bugs do really exist. i want to restore my old one. because some says it varys according to phone/country. is it really posilble? if so,how ? thanks

You have to download PC companion,you have the option of backing up there,and also for updating you can use PC companion or Sony Update Service.

Take care of what you backup and make sure you let PCC make his job,without interrupting the backup.
