Ear peaker does not work

Hello,

Whenever I call someone I need to do it via the Loudspeakers because my ear speakers wont work. Yesterday I managed to have them work for a short time by plugging in and the unpluging a headset during a call. I have tried all other things suggested in this forum and nothing worked. Any tips would be great

Settings-apps-all-smart connect,clear data. Did you try this?

yes also tried that. No change

Try the following: while in a call or while listening to music,quickly unplug/plug the headset several times.

Just to be clear here, are we talking about Headphone ear buds, or are you talking about the In ear speaker on the phone?
