E4 led notification blinking rate

At this moment this feature is quite useless because blinking rate is about 1 blink per half a minute or more. 3rd party apps like "Light Manager LED Settings" don't work with E4 (E4 is listed as 'tested and not working', of course I also tried it)). Stamina mode on or off doesn't matter.

Thank you for the feedback. I will forward this internally. Unfortunately there isn't much I can do as this is how the phone is designed.
