E1 dual problems......plz help

Hello Sir

I have e1 dual which was automatically restarted and locked   following which i have to make repair through pc companion.

Now the phone is working but the volume in headphone reduced upto 50% and battery is draining really fast.

Have tried factory reset but it does not work.......

I have bought this for music now i am totally devastated!!!!

Any help will be highly appriciated.

Ok i have checked thoroughly and surprisingly the clear bass feature is not at all working.

U put it -10,0,+10 ....wherever ....it sounds the same!

Any help?

Did you try the repair?

Yes both with pc companion and sus.

The overall volume system has been reduced.In the voice call also sound is reduced.

Very much confused.

And can't you change settings in sound enhancements?

I can but bass equilizer change has no effect.and call voice also very much reduced after repair.

Ok i have been to service center and they have as usual run another update.

And the botton line is that ...the low volume problem has not resolved....furthermore ...they have clearly told that they can do nothing more than this....and may be SONY will fix this upgradation problem...no idea when ,how or certainty of this.

And what do as a customer i get.......a music phone with a volume lowest u can think....result of an official update !!!

If any one be kind enough to guide me how i can claim warranty or proceed further with this issue....i will be very much obliged.

Because the service center loudly said......"DO WHATEVER YOU WANT........"

You have to use PC companion or Sony update service to check for the update.
