E1 dual problems......plz help

Hello Sir

I have e1 dual which was automatically restarted and locked   following which i have to make repair through pc companion.

Now the phone is working but the volume in headphone reduced upto 50% and battery is draining really fast.

Have tried factory reset but it does not work.......

I have bought this for music now i am totally devastated!!!!

Any help will be highly appriciated.

The restart has stopped now?You could try another SIM.Repair again with SUS:

Yes Sir the restart and phone lock is solved after repair through PC compaion.

Now i have the volume in th earphone reduced while listening to music  but initially (before repair ) it was very loud.

I want to get back the previous loud volume .......what can i do ?

Factory reset did not work.

Plz help.................

Try settings-apps-all-smart connect,force stop and clear data.Restart.

Sorry but did not work!

Actually the walkman sw is now showing latest version but initially it was something lower and was performing grt!

Even if i do factory reset the walkman version is still the latest A.06.

I will highly appriciate any idea to get the old set of applications back.

To get back walkman,just go to settings-apps-all-walkman,uninstall updates.

No such option there only force close and clear data.

This is in brief what happend....The volume was very loud in head phone when i open the box.

Then....

1.The phone restarted and scrren is locked.

2.I have to repair with E1 model( E1 dual not included still now) through PC companion.

3.Then the phone is ok but headphone volume is very much reduced and also battery is darining little faster.

4.I did factory reset but problem were not fixed.

Wish there is a cure..Thanx.

Ok Sir i will do that.

Any idea why this happens?is it a serious issue..i mean is it unusuble for music now on?

Also there is no option for e1 dual in SUS.....E1 is choosen...is it right?

It should not be unusable,first lets repair and we will see.Yes,choose E1.
