DUAL SIM PROBLEM

I AM USING TIPO FOR THE PAST ONE MONTH AND I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY DUAL SIM

WHENEVER I CONNECT TO INTERNET WITH ONE SIM THE OTHER  GOES TO OFFLINE AND DISPLAY(NO SERVICE ie.,no signal)

AFTER DISCONNECTING THE INTERNET BOTH SIMs ARE ACTIVE.

PLS SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO

AS PER YOUR REQUEST I REPAIRED MY S/W BUT STILL I AM FACING THE SAME PROBLEM.

EVEN A 2000RS NOKIA DUAL SIM PHONE HAVE DUAL STAND BY DURING INTERNET

Even I am facing the same problem. I have purchased Xperia tipo dual just 3 days back.. even after reinstalling the SW, problem persisting. what to do to resolve this issue?

With the information supplied, I suggest that you take the handset back to place of purchase, as they should be able to supply a resolution to this issue. If this is not an option then I suggest you contact Sony Xperia Support within your region for service centre contact details.
