drop down notification

So this morning my 5 yr old got his hands on my phone. Now I don't have the drop down notification tab. Can not figure out how to get it back please can someone please help me. It's driving me crazy

Settings > accessibility > turn off magnification , see if that work

Nope. Didn't change a thing

Settings >  Home > Xperia Home

also 

settings > apps > all > Xperia Home > clear data > restart your phone > check again

Nope. Did however delete all my home screen icons lol

Have you installed a different home launcher?
