download error 495

Hi recently got the Z1 and any app i try to down load fails with error 495, can anybody give some insight as to why this is?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Are you trying to download via Wi-Fi or the mobile network? I suggest that you go to Settings > Apps > The tab "All" > Google Play Store > Clear data. You can do the same for Google Play services and Google Services Framework which also can be found under the tab "All".

If the problem persist, go to Settings > Google > Press on your@gmail account > Menu-button (top right corner with three vertical dots) > Remove account. Add your Google account again and try to download an application.

I have Sony experia z1 and I am suffering from error 495.
I try the clear cache and data from setting >aap>all>Google play and Google frame work and by deleting the account from accounts but unable to resolve the issue please help me my android version is 4.4.4

Have you tried re-downloading the Internet settings:

Main Menu > Settings > Xperia/More > Internet Settings > Accept.
